Sub Rosa Connect was founded by two brothers with complementary backgrounds. One works in the legal field, the other in the financial sector. Drawing on their respective hands‑on experience, they quickly came to a shared observation: in their industries, traditional networking events often lack cross‑disciplinary exchange and authentic connections. Too often siloed, these gatherings struggle to build bridges between professional worlds, which limits mutual understanding and hinders the emergence of fruitful collaborations.

Through their conversations, they realized that professional life cannot be reduced to the theoretical principles taught in school. The reality of the field demands the ability to engage with other professions, challenge perspectives, and work together to develop solutions adapted to concrete challenges. They observed this need not only in their own practice but also among their peers. Making the desire for cross‑disciplinary interaction and authenticity widely shared.

Driven by a natural curiosity for diverse horizons and a desire to address this gap, they envisioned Sub Rosa Connect. Their ambition is to offer a space where cross‑disciplinary perspectives become the norm and where alignment of operational realities happens naturally. Far from sterile formats, they rely on collective intelligence and the diversity of expertise to generate high‑value exchanges.

The name Sub Rosa, from the Latin for "under the rose," embodies the core value of our interactions: confidentiality. In an intimate and carefully chosen setting, we encourage sincere conversations built on trust and the sharing of expertise. Each event is designed as a safe space where everyone can speak freely, without pretense, and forge lasting relationships with professionals from complementary backgrounds.
